Pakistani Citizens Can Apply for UAE Visit Visas: Eligibility, Documents and Application Process

Pakistani nationals can currently apply for UAE visit visas. Recent reports indicate that visit visa processing has resumed through registered travel agencies, and applications are being accepted. However, approvals continue to be made on a case-by-case basis, with UAE immigration applying enhanced scrutiny to some applications. 

To improve the chances of approval, applicants should generally have:

•    A passport valid for at least 6 months 
•    A completed visa application through an authorized travel agency or sponsor 
•    A recent passport-sized photograph 
•    A copy of their CNIC (required for Pakistani applicants in some visa categories) 
•    Confirmed hotel booking or accommodation details 
•    A return or onward ticket 
•    Proof of sufficient funds, if requested by immigration authorities 

The UAE authorities have consistently stated that there is no official blanket visa ban on Pakistani citizens. Each application is assessed individually based on the applicant's documentation and immigration history.
